Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 2 cloves finely minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or aluminium foil. Place the drumsticks on the lined baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle all remaining ingredients over the drumsticks and make sure each one is well coated, using your hands.
  4. Bake the drumsticks for 30 minutes. Turn them over and continue baking until cooked through. This will take between another 20 and 30 minutes, depending on the size of the drumsticks.
  5. Serve with vegetables or a salad.
