High Protein Chicken and Asparagus Dinner

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 pound asparagus , trimmed ends
- 3 tablespoons ghee or olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Melt 2 tablespoons of ghee or olive oil in a large pan over medium to high heat. Stir in garlic and herbs and cook for a few more minutes, until the garlic is fragrant.
- Add chicken to pan, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, then flip over and cook for another 5 to 8 minutes.
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of ghee or olive oil to the pan. Add asparagus. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, until tender and the chicken is completely cooked through.
- Serve.
