Ingredients

  • 1 cup toasted walnut halves
  • ⅓ cup unsalted sunflower seeds, toasted
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 dried date, finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon dried cinnamon

Method

Mix all ingredients well and store in a glass jar. Serve for breakfast with your choice of milk or yoghurt.
