High Protein Grain Free Muesli
Packed with nutritious, whole ingredients and so delicious in a bowl of Greek Yogurt with some fresh fruit for a healthy breakfast low in sugar!
Ingredients
- 1 cup toasted walnut halves
- ⅓ cup unsalted sunflower seeds, toasted
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 dried date, finely diced
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- ¼ teaspoon dried cinnamon
Method
Mix all ingredients well and store in a glass jar. Serve for breakfast with your choice of milk or yoghurt.
