Quick And Easy Homemade Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, preferably organic
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon good quality salt
- 2 cups extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil or cold pressed macadamia nut oil
Method
- Place all ingredients except oil into a blender and process until combined. With the motor running, drizzle the oil in extremely slowly. It is important to do it slowly so that the mayonnaise thickens properly.
- Place the mayonnaise into a glass jar and store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
