Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk  (not low fat) kefir
  • cup fresh mango flesh, chopped
  • ¼ cup raw unpasturized honey

Method

  1. Stir the honey into the kefir until evenly combined.
  2. Add mango pieces and mix.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight, and enjoy.
