Kefir & Mango Popsicles
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk (not low fat) kefir
- ⅔ cup fresh mango flesh, chopped
- ¼ cup raw unpasturized honey
Method
- Stir the honey into the kefir until evenly combined.
- Add mango pieces and mix.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight, and enjoy.
