Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon olive or macadamia nut oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 tsp chili powder (use more or less, depending on your preference)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 265 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the almonds with the oil and spices in a bowl. Spread the almonds out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake them in the oven for approximately 45 minutes, tossing occasionally.
