Keto BBQ Roasted Almonds
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 tablespoon olive or macadamia nut oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tsp chili powder (use more or less, depending on your preference)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp black pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 265 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the almonds with the oil and spices in a bowl. Spread the almonds out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake them in the oven for approximately 45 minutes, tossing occasionally.
