Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • Approximately 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup olive oil or melted ghee

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry. Place the wings on a greased oven rack, making sure they are spaced apart well, so they don’t touch.
  3. Cook the wings in the oven for approximately 15 minutes on one side and 15 minutes on the other side. Cooking time will depend on the size of the wings you use and also your particular oven.
  4. While the wings are cooking, combine all other ingredients in a bowl.
  5. As soon as the wings are cooked, coat them well in the oil and lemon mixture and then serve immediately.
