Ingredients

  • 1 cup full fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Method

  1.  Place all ingredients into a food processor or high powered blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour over salad or use in place of mayonnaise. ​​
