Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon almond meal
  • 1 egg, lightly whisked
  • 4 tablespoons coconut cream (just the solid part from a can of coconut cream)
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen berries of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Nature Sweet natural sugar alternative

Method 

  1. Place all ingredients except berries into a pan and cook very slowly over low heat, stirring constantly. It needs to be cooked slowly, otherwise the egg will scramble.
  2. Once cooked, stir berries into the mixture.
  3. Pour into a bowl and serve with coconut milk or nut milk.
