Low Carb Garlic Pork Chops
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- ⅓ cup almond meal/flour
- ⅓ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg, whisked
- 3 tablespoons olive oil or ghee
Method
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow bowl, mix the almond meal, Parmesan, parsley, garlic and salt. Place the egg into another shallow bowl.
- Dip each pork chop into the egg to coat both sides, then coat the pork with the dry mixture on both sides.
- Add the oil or ghee to a large skillet and set over medium high heat. Fry the pork chops on each side until cooked through.
- Serve with a salad or cooked vegetables.
