These garlic & rosemary chicken thighs are a quick and easy meal and only require a few simple ingredients.

Serves 4


  • 4 chicken thigh fillets
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt


  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. Place the thighs in a glass bowl and pour the lemon juice on top. Allow the chicken to rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Coat the chicken with all ingredients except olive oil.
  4. Place the olive oil into a large frying pan and turn it onto medium heat.
  5. Cook the chicken thighs on both sides until cooked through thoroughly.
  6. Serve with a salad.
