Low Carb Garlic & Rosemary Chicken Thighs
These garlic & rosemary chicken thighs are a quick and easy meal and only require a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thigh fillets
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Place the thighs in a glass bowl and pour the lemon juice on top. Allow the chicken to rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Coat the chicken with all ingredients except olive oil.
- Place the olive oil into a large frying pan and turn it onto medium heat.
- Cook the chicken thighs on both sides until cooked through thoroughly.
- Serve with a salad.
