Low Carb Lemon Turkey Breasts
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 turkey breasts
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil, ghee, or duck fat for cooking turkey
Method
- Heat oil or fat in a frying pan over medium heat. Season the turkey with salt and pepper.
- Place turkey in frying pan and cook for a few minutes.
- Combine all other ingredients together in a bowl. Turn turkey over, pour sauce into the frying pan, reduce heat to low and cover the pan with a lid.
- Cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until the turkey is well cooked through.
