This makes a quick, delicious and highly satiating evening meal.

Serves 2


  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • Salt and pepper

Garlic sauce

  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


  1. Season and then pan fry the steaks until they are cooked to your liking.
  2. While the steaks are resting, combine all sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until well combined.
  3. Drizzle sauce over the steaks and serve.
