Low Carb Ribeye With Garlic Sauce
This makes a quick, delicious and highly satiating evening meal.
- 2 ribeye steaks
- Salt and pepper
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Season and then pan fry the steaks until they are cooked to your liking.
- While the steaks are resting, combine all sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until well combined.
- Drizzle sauce over the steaks and serve.
