Low Carb Vegan Banana Mug Cake
This makes a quick and easy single serve dessert.
- ¼ cup mashed, very ripe banana
- 6 tablespoons oat flour
- 1 tablespoon Nature Sweet Natural Sweetener
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1.5 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon flaked almonds
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all of the ingredients together and then pour into a greased mug or small ramekin.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until risen and nicely browned.
