Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mashed, very ripe banana
  • 6 tablespoons oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon Nature Sweet Natural Sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1.5 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon flaked almonds

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together and then pour into a greased mug or small ramekin.
  3. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until risen and nicely browned.
