Nut Free Bliss Balls

A delicious snack that’s perfect for the lunch box for individuals with nut allergies


  • 6 medjool dates
  • ½ cup dried apricots
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg


  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth and the mixture comes together.
  • Shape the mixture into balls and keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
