These chocolate bliss balls are nut-free and are full of nourishing and tasty ingredients.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • ¼ cup cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • handful of dark chocolate chips(optional)
  • 2 cups puffed quinoa or rice
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

Method

Place the tahini and honey into a bowl and mix to combine. If the weather is cold where you live, you may need to heat them very gently so that they mix well. Add all remaining ingredients and mix to combine. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls into the fridge to set.
