Pecan trail mix

Keep this tasty snack in your handbag for when cravings strike. The protein and healthy fats will keep your blood sugar stable.

1 cup toasted pecan halves
½ cup toasted sunflower seeds
¼ cup dried flaked coconut
¼ cup raw cashews
2 tablespoons dried goji berries

Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
