Protein-Rich Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Synd-X Slimming protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of your choice
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Nature Sweet Natural Sweetener
- 1 handful pecans
- Fruit of your choice for topping
Instructions
- Blend the milk and protein powder together until well combined.
- Add chia seeds, sweetener and nuts. Stir or shake until well combined. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
- Cover and put the mixture in the fridge to set for 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
