Pumpkin Hummus
This recipe is free of chickpeas, which some people find difficult to digest.
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 heaped tablespoons tahini
1 clove garlic
¼ cup lemon juice
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Place all ingredients into a food processor or high powered blender and process until smooth.
Serve as a snack with raw vegetable sticks.
