Quick And Healthy Air Fryer Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 medium chicken breast fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and then place them into a bowl. Cover them well with the oil.
- Sprinkle the spices and salt evenly over the chicken breasts and make sure they are well covered with your hands. Let the chicken sit for 10 minutes.
- Place the chicken into the air fryer and cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until well cooked through in the middle. Cooking times vary among models of air fryers.
- Serve with a salad or roasted vegetables.
