The combination of sweet raspberries, crunchy almonds, chia seeds and oats makes for the most amazing breakfast. Nutritious, delicious, and filling, it’s a great way to start your day.

*Note: For those with excess weight or liver dysfunction, we recommend replacing oats with quinoa flakes or buckwheat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Synd-X Slimming protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon Nature Sweet natural sugar alternative
  • ¾ cup milk of your choice
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (additional berries optional)
  • Flaked almonds for topping

Method

  1. Place all ingredients except milk, raspberries and almonds for topping into 2 glass jars with a lid and mix well.
  2. Add the milk and whisk well to make sure everything is evenly mixed.
  3. Put the lid on the jars, place in the fridge overnight.
  4. The next morning, stir the raspberries through and top with almonds or more raspberries.
