This is delicious when served with poultry or seafood. Serves 4 as a side dish Ingredients 1 cup Brussels sprouts, trimmed and washed 2 tablespoons olive oil ¼ cup pecan halves 1 teaspoon dried oregano Salt and pepper, to taste Method Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the Brussels sprouts and pecans on a greased baking tray. Sprinkle oregano, salt and pepper on top. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until soft.
