Serves 4 4 cups Brussels sprouts, washed and sliced in half 3 tablespoons melted ghee, coconut oil or pastured butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon dried oregano Salt and pepper, to taste Preheat the oven to 410ºF. Toss all ingredients together well with your hands in a bowl. Spread them out onto a greased baking tray. Roast in the oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until cooked. Serve as a side dish.
