Spicy Sweet Potato Hummus
A delicious spread for crackers or healthy snack with raw vegetable sticks.
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and roasted until soft
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon chilli powder (optional)
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
