Sugar Free Rich Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- One 15 oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- ⅓ cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 tablespoons Nature Sweet natural sweetener
- ¼ cup cocoa or cacao powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup sugar free chocolate chips, or chopped roasted walnuts
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Put the beans and coconut oil into a food processor or high powered blender and blend until well combined.
- Add the remaining ingredients except the chocolate chips or pecans and blend until smooth.
- Mix the chocolate chips or pecans in by hand.
- Pour mixture into the greased 8×8-inch pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the top is set and a toothpick comes out with some moist crumbs attached.
- Let the brownie cool before removing from the pan and slicing.
