Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch kale
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 large handfuls pecans

Instructions

  1.  Remove the tough stems from the kale and tear it into bite sized pieces. Place the kale in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle the lime juice on top and then drizzle with tahini and coconut aminos. Toss the salad with your hands, massaging the kale as you go.
  3. Sprinkle pecans on top and serve with protein such as seafood or poultry.
