Tahini Kale Salad

Ingredients
- 1 large bunch kale
- Juice from 2 limes
- 4 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 2 large handfuls pecans
Instructions
- Remove the tough stems from the kale and tear it into bite sized pieces. Place the kale in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the lime juice on top and then drizzle with tahini and coconut aminos. Toss the salad with your hands, massaging the kale as you go.
- Sprinkle pecans on top and serve with protein such as seafood or poultry.
