This makes a quick and delicious lunch.
1 small avocado, sliced
5 ounces canned tuna, drained
1 large handful lettuce leaves of your choice, shredded
2 slices of red onion
2 radishes, sliced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon dried Italian herbs
¼ cup sliced parmesan cheese
Place all ingredients into a bowl, toss and serve.
