My own personal experience, in following Dr. Cabot's formula, is a weight loss of about 40 pounds, that was, overall, pretty easy. The only issue that I had experienced, was when the weight loss first started, the pounds were coming off maybe a little too fast at 5 or more pounds per week. After a few weeks, the weight loss did level out, until I hit my initial goal weight.
Forget about counting calories or counting points in some sort of system. And forget about walking away from the dinner table feeling hungry.
