Walnut And Apricot Balls
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1 cup lightly toasted walnuts
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon tahini
- Place the walnuts and apricots into a food processor and process until smooth.
- Remove from the processor and place into a bowl.
- Add the coconut, tahini and chia seeds with your hands and then roll the mixture into balls.
- Store in the fridge.
