This warming drink can soothe a sore throat and relieve the symptoms of a cold or flu.

Ingredients

  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon raw local honey

Method
