High Protein Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond or hazelnut butter
  • 1½ cups water
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
